Cancellation & Refund Policy

Celebrating Jewish Life accepts payments for three items only. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies only to the three services listed below.

1. Membership Fees

2. Donations

3. Guest Meals

 
Memberships
Refunds for memberships are available for those subscribers who have requested to cancel their membership in writing.  All requests for cancellations must be made within thirty (30) calendar days of your subscription date, and you cannot have attended any subscriber event.  Refunds will be made no later than 45 days from receipt of the membership fee or within 45 days of written cancellation, whichever is greater.

Donations
Donations are non-refundable

Guest Meals
Guest meals are refundable up to 7 calendar days prior to any event for which a member has paid for a guest meal.  Refunds are payable to members only.
